Free delivery for Normal Shipment, Product will reach you within 6-14 working days upon confirmation of payment. Express Shipment will be delivered within 6 working days with additional cost of USD 15 will be charge. Express Shipment will be free if purchase is above USD 89.

*For eCheck, Shipment will only be send after our online banking system has approved the transaction, which may take 2-4 days to process.

Products could only be return in proper condition within 30 days after acceptance except for fresh royal jelly. Return is unacceptable when product is used or packaging seal opened. However, in the event of defective in actual product or wrong products delivered, we will re-deliver or refund the payment.

There will be no refund if the products are returned in a damaged condition. If a package is returned, all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies i.e. USD 10.0 - 15.0 (depend on products and countries).

*Note that slight damage on external packing may happen due to shipment, as long the actual product is in good condition and seal intact, we do not consider this as defectiveness.
