Tell me more about Green Beauty Company?
Answer: Green
Beauty resided in Bangkok originated from Singapore,
also a subsidiary of Green Horizon Holding Ltd
located in Singapore. Traditionally, we distribute
and sell health & beauty products into Pharmacies
chain, Shopping Centers, Supermarkets, Beauty
clinics, Hospitals, Beauty Spa salons and some
professionals.
We started online sales only in mid 2005 after
several request from Thai’s buyer resided elsewhere,
tourist that have brought our products here
and open it for oversea buyers as well, hence
we treat our Online store similar to one of
the retailing outlets mentioned. Unfortunately,
we can’t offer FMCG products online, for instance
toothpaste, mouthwash, facial pack etc, as it’s
daily consumable products, however if you’re
keen we could only offer bulk purchase.
Q2.
Why is it that your online products does not
provide money back guarantee?
Answer: As
mentioned in Q1 we try our best to provide a
local buying experience easing our former oversea
client to repurchase our products, furthermore
a form of money back is already a standard for
all retailers like pharmacy, shopping centers
or supermarket, for instance if you decided
not to buy and return the product intact with
receipt or wrong products delivered etc. We
knew that online customers may want some assurance
before committing, frankly we have provided
the best assurance that all our products are
approved by FDA and manufactured under GMP,
with some products even endorsed by much more
quality and standard entities. Furthermore,
our payment gateways are incorporated with Escrow
(payment only goods received) and refund services.

Is your shipment fully covered?
Answer: We
offer standard free shipping of 5-11 days delivery,
however you could opt for express delivery within
5 days with an extra cost of USD 12. All standard
and express shipment is full coverage home delivery
the only difference is the days in delivery.
4.
Your retail price included the shipping cost?
Answer: Our
online retail price is the same as it appears
in our distributed outlets. We offer free shipping
to provide you the same experience as if you
were in our distributed shops. All retail shops
will take a percentage cut from us upon sales
thus we give you this cut as a free delivery.
There’s no hidden agenda but of course some
delay in international delivery, probably that’s
the only difference.
5.
Is your products really have those certification
mentioned?
Answer: We
have to submit all needful paperwork to local
health ministry prior importing and selling
them into retail outlets otherwise it can’t
be display in Pharmacies, Shopping Centers or
Specialty stores. Of course local health ministry
may not need all quality certification, upon
your request we will send you a partial scan
copy or certification number.
6.
Are those health & beauty information and
advices effective and true?
Answer: We
provide all information to best of our knowledge
and verified by several certified resources
(FDA, Our Advisory and Principle Doctors &
Pharmacist, Renown medical journals or Scientists),
our beautician even tried some of the recommended
methods & recipes etc. We will also update
them whenever appropriate or upon new information
